Skin interfaces with the environment and plays a very important role in protecting the body. It is a must that all of us pay attention, take care of our skin, and keep it as hygienic as possible.There are a lot of skin tones and skin types and each type has different ways of taking care of.
Diet
A healthy diet is a must if you want to have beautiful skin. A healthy diet consists of drinking lots of water and avoiding alcoholic drinks. In regards to food, eat lots of fish that contain omega oil, white meats, vegetables and fruits. Always eat in small portions, but regularly. Exercise at least 30 minutes daily and avoid sitting all day.
Environment
The environment in which you mostly live plays a key role in keeping beautiful skin. Pollution and a dirty environment will block pores causing rashes, blackheads, and pimples which can develop into acne – nobody wants that. So keep it clean and do not wear makeup for a long time. Exfoliation and a good diet are the secret of good skin. Always ask your beautician before buying any products as you may be allergic to some ingredients.
Types
The basic three skin types are normal, oily and dry. All of these can be taken care of with the right products and make up. Water is the most efficient and cheap product to keep a clean skin.
Several colors of eye shadows and blushers are used on different skin colors. Foundation must match the color of the skin. Aging is another factor that ruins our skin. Daily care from a young age can prevent loss of collagen and elasticity. There are cosmetic surgeries and facial exercises to help you out of wrinkles.
If the makeup artist is aware of all these points, a good job will be done and great results will be obtained.
There are lots of make up artist in the world, but to become an artist you must have all the experience you can get. You need to know and master the techniques of application of fashion makeup, you must know about the color schemes. It is not as easy as it looks and there are a lot of rules. This does not mean that you have to stick to those rules but to use them as a guideline for your work.
